[This bank] was building a new brand, and pivoting their focus to communities underserved by the existing financial system. We were brought in to do some advising and come up with ideas for possible venture concepts they could incubate or partner on. I was there to share my experience working on product teams at startups and Big Enterprise, demonstrate a bit of that rapid design-thinking-iteration-o-rama finesse.

To clarify our vision and value hypotheses, I quickly designed speculative brand identities and experience prototypes in Figma. I love doing open-ended explorations like this! We also built a pretty sick Notion database of inspiring products and services (complete with screenshots for brand inspiration).

While we didn’t build anything real, the design work helped the ream think all the way through the each venture and got them riffing on ideas to make them real. Progress.
